Tiara (Tamara Blezynski) mengundang keponakannya, Mandy, bersama teman-teman kuliahnya, untuk berlibur di pulau. Pulau Pengantin namanya. Air terjun di pulau tersebut tidak hanya terkenal indah tapi juga mistik. Konon kabarnya, siapa pun yang berdoa di bawah air terjun maka kisah cintanya akan berakhir bahagia. Tiara bersemangat, karena ia ingin memastikan masa depannya bersama Lilo, sang kekasih, yang tidak juga melamar dirinya. Namun, Air terjun pengantin menyimpan misteri yang menakutkan. Sang pacarnya putri marah akibat keinginannya tidak terpenuhi. Putri sedang lemah karena ia sedang datang bulan, tapi nasib berkata lain Putri keatas dan dikejar sang pacar kemudian memukul putri hingga terjatuh dan meninggal. Pacar Putri pun kena stroom dan juga meninggal.
Si pemilik baru rumah baru rumah besar ini menyewakan rumah ini dijadikan tempat kos – kosan beberapa pemuda pemudi indekost di rumah ini. Sejak itu pemuda pemudi yang indekost digoda oleh hantu lelaki dan hantu perempuan tidak habis – habisnya.
Pemilik rumah baru itu mendatangkan orang – orang pintar untuk mengusir hantu – hantu itu, tapi gagal. Ayahnya Putri membaca mantera dari ayat – ayat suci alqur’an dan berhasil. Putri dan pacarnya kini tenang dialam baka. Pemuda pemudi yang indekost kini pada keluar.
