Ponnar Shankar the Movie

Actor Prashanth's Ponnar Shankar which is being produced and directed by his father Thiagarajan has reached climax shoot. The climax of this movie is being shot at Rajasthan and rich, costly sets are said to have been erected for this purpose. The climax will be one of the grandest and the most thrilling scenes ever shot and is said to involve a grand fight in the lines of great historic films.

The film is based on the novel of the same name penned by Kalaignar Karunanidhi and has Prashanth playing dual roles of a younger and older brother. It also comprises of a huge star cast that include Pooja, Divya Parameswaran, Prakash Raj, Sneha, Kushboo, Vadivelu, Vijayakumar, Lakshmi, and Seetha.
